A show is missing or has the wrong episodes

Show data comes from TMDB and usually updates within a day. If it’s still wrong after that, email us the show’s name.

Ask Telly isn’t available

Ask Telly needs Apple Intelligence. Check Settings › Apple Intelligence & Siri on your device, and that your device and language are supported.

I didn’t get my confirmation email

Check your spam folder, then tap Resend confirmation email on Telly’s sign-in screen.

How do I report or block someone?

Open their profile and tap the ••• button, or touch and hold a recommendation. Choose Report or Block. Reports are private.

How do I delete my account?

Settings › Account › Delete Account. It removes your profile, friends, recommendations and synced library straight away.
